Nana does not share user data without explicit, informed user consent. No institution accesses a user's trade history unless that user has actively granted access — through Nana's consent flow, on their own WhatsApp, in their own time.
The consent is specific — the user chooses which institution, what data, and for how long. It can be revoked at any time. This is not opt-out data sharing. It is opt-in, user-controlled, consent-based access.
Data shared includes: verified transaction volume, document types, completion rate, counterparty count, payment history on instalment agreements. It does not include document contents, counterparty identities, or personal communications.
